This Privacy Policy explains how Aleksei Romashov, SZČO (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes personal data when you visit plathix.com, contact us, request support, or use the Plathix WordPress plugin.

Plathix is offered to users internationally. The fact that the operator is established in Slovakia does not limit the website or plugin to Slovak users.

3. Plathix Free plugin
The free version of Plathix is designed to organise the WordPress Media Library. By default, Plathix does not send telemetry or analytics data to us. Folder structures, settings and related plugin data are stored within your WordPress installation. Assigning media to a Plathix folder does not require the physical media file to be moved to a server operated by us.
4. Support information
If you contact support, you may voluntarily provide contact details, your site URL, screenshots, error messages, system information, logs, or other information needed to investigate the request. If temporary site access is necessary, it should be agreed separately for the specific case. Do not send permanent administrator passwords by ordinary email.
5. Service providers
Hosting provider located in Estonia — used to host the Plathix website, server infrastructure and business email services.
Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) — used to understand how visitors interact with plathix.com. Analytics is disabled by default and is activated only after the visitor provides the required consent.
6. International data transfers
Some of our service providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where personal data is transferred to a country that has not been recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection, we rely on an applicable lawful transfer mechanism, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or another mechanism permitted by applicable data-protection law.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have privacy rights such as access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, or a right to complain to a competent authority.
8. EU/EEA rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may exercise the rights provided by applicable EU data-protection law. Requests can be sent to hello@plathix.com. We will respond without undue delay and, where the GDPR requires, normally within one month, subject to permitted extensions.
Because the controller is established in Slovakia, the Slovak data-protection authority may be a competent supervisory authority for relevant processing. Users may also have rights to contact another competent supervisory authority where applicable.
9. Other regional rights
Visitors outside the EU/EEA may have additional rights under laws applicable to them and to our processing. We will provide additional notices or controls where required by the actual data practices and applicable law. This policy does not claim that every privacy law worldwide applies to Plathix.
10. Children
Plathix and the website are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data where parental or guardian consent would be required by applicable law.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect information processed through the website and support channels. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Security reports should follow our Security Policy.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy when the website, plugin, service providers, processing activities or legal requirements change. The current version will show its effective date.
