Sales, rentals, land, commercial, rural, business: Easy Property Listings gives each listing type its own list. Each list grows with every property your agency takes on.
Plathix PRO adds private folders to those lists, with a separate tree for each listing type. Group listings by development, auction date or landlord. Addresses, prices, agents and listing status stay as they are.
The lists know what a listing is. Not what your team is doing with it.
Easy Property Listings gives every listing type its own menu and its own list. Each list can filter by listing status, such as current or sold, and search by suburb, agent or ID.
That covers what a listing is. It does not cover the work around it: the units of one development, this month’s auctions, the listings that wait for a price review.
Folders add that layer. Each listing type gets its own folder tree, so rentals stay with rentals and land stays with land.

Folders have no URLs and never appear on the site.
