Folders for Houzez properties
An agency site on Houzez soon holds hundreds of properties: every agent’s listings, every branch, every unit of a new development, all in one list.
Plathix PRO adds private folders to the Houzez properties list. Group listings by agent, branch or project and open just the folder you need. Property pages, statuses and labels stay as they are.
Houzez knows the property. Your office knows who handles it.
Houzez gives every property its own actions: Approve, Expire, Mark as Sold, Put on Hold. The list filters by city, type and status and finds a property by its ID.
What the list cannot show is how your office works: which listings belong to which agent, which branch handles them, which units are part of one new development.
Cities, types and statuses are no place for that. They have their own pages on your site, so a city called “Agent B” would be public.

One folder per agent. When an agent is away or leaves, all their listings are one click away.

Agencies with several offices give each branch a folder, with sales and rentals inside it.

The units of one new building sit together, even when they have different types, prices and statuses.
Partner listings
Properties you list for partner agencies stay in their own folder, apart from your own stock.

The panel sits beside the Houzez properties list in wp-admin. Click a folder and the list shows only its properties.

Open a folder, then search or pick a status tab, and see just that part of it.
Drafts and pending are counted
A folder counts what the All view shows: published, scheduled, draft, pending and private listings. Trash is not counted.
A link for each folder
The address changes when you open a folder, so an agent can bookmark their own folder.
Houzez never sees your folders

Folders have no URLs and never appear on the site.
