Folders for courses and lessons

Course libraries get big sooner than they look. Ten courses with 40 lessons each already means 400 lessons in wp-admin — before quizzes, certificates, drafts, and material from older cohorts.

Plathix PRO adds a private folder tree to the course, lesson and quiz lists. Separate current work by course, cohort, or stage without deleting what you still need. What students see does not change.

Hundreds of lessons

One course is easy. Ten are a long list.

Learning plugins keep courses, lessons, topics and quizzes as WordPress lists. Inside one course the builder keeps order; the admin list still shows every lesson of every course in one column.

Older cohorts and older versions stay, because students still use them. Deleting them is not an option, and finding the current ones gets harder every term.

Folders by course, cohort or stage put each group of lessons in one place in wp-admin.

Folders that match how a course team works

By course

Every lesson and quiz of one course together, across topics.

By cohort

The current cohort in front, older cohorts kept and out of the way.

Draft lessons

Lessons still being written, separate from published ones.

Previous versions

Last year’s version of a course, for students who still use it.

Lists that get folders
