Folders for marketing teams
Every new campaign leaves more landing pages, test versions, drafts, and pages waiting for approval.
Keep campaign work together instead of mixing it with every other Page in WordPress. Plathix PRO adds a private folder tree to Pages, Posts, popups and ads. Landing page URLs stay exactly as you shared them.
Landing pages live only in the list
Campaign pages stay out of the menu on purpose. Each campaign adds a few: the page itself, a variant for a test, a thank-you page, a version for one ad group.
A few campaigns later the Pages list mixes them with every service and legal page on the site, and the only way to find last spring’s variant is to remember its name.
Put each campaign in its own folder. When it ends, move it to an archive folder. The pages and their links keep working.
Folders that match how a campaign runs
One folder per campaign
The landing page, its variants and the thank-you page together.
Tests and variants
A and B versions side by side while the test runs.
Waiting for approval
Drafts that wait for a sign-off, separate from drafts in progress.
Previous campaigns
Ended campaigns stay published with their links, and out of your way.
Popups and ads too
Popups and ads of a campaign in folders of the same name, in their own lists.
Pages, posts and the campaign tools around them
Each list gets its own tree. Turn on the lists you need in Settings.

Links and downloads
The links you shared keep working
| What you do | What changes | What stays as it is |
|---|---|---|
| Move a landing page to “Spring campaign” | Its Plathix folder | URL, ad links, menu, status |
| Move an ended campaign to “Previous campaigns” | The folder tree in wp-admin | Live pages and their links |
| Publish a variant | Its WordPress status | Its folder |
| Turn Plathix PRO off | The lists look like plain WordPress | Your folders wait in the database and come back |
Folders are not categories: they never show on the site and add no pages to it.
How we test Content Folders for marketing
We run each check on a live site with Plathix PRO, on the real Pages and Posts screens.
Status 4 of 6 passed
Passed checks link to their results in Plathix Lab. The others are in progress.
| Check | What we verify | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Core Posts and Pages | Create folders, file content, switch folders, and confirm the list changes correctly. | Passed |
| An editor’s week | File 10 posts and 10 pages into folders by campaign: counts match and addresses stay the same. | Passed |
| Quick Edit | Change a folder from Quick Edit and confirm the assignment saves. | Passed |
| PRO off and on | Deactivate PRO, then reactivate it. Folder structure and assignments return. | Passed |
| Search, status and date filters | Open a folder and combine it with the standard WordPress list controls. | In progress |
| Drag and bulk move | Move one item and several selected items into a folder. | In progress |
