Folders for photographers and studios

Ten client projects a month can leave you with 100+ projects in a year, alongside galleries, portfolio entries, templates, and older work.

Group them by client, year, project type, or archive. Plathix PRO adds private folders to pages, posts, gallery and portfolio lists; Plathix Free already keeps the photos themselves in Media Library folders.

Projects pile up

A hundred projects a year, one list

Every shoot or project adds a gallery, a page, sometimes a portfolio entry and a template. After a year the lists hold everything you ever delivered.

Older work stays because clients come back for it and the portfolio still links to it. Finding this month’s projects means scrolling past all of it.

Folders by client, year or project type keep the current work in front, and the older work one click away.

Content Folders for creative studios FAQ

Do folders change my galleries or portfolio pages?
No. Galleries, their images and the pages that show them stay as they are. A folder only changes the admin view.
Can clients see the folders?
No. Folders live in wp-admin only.
Are my photos and my galleries in one tree?
No. The Media Library has its own tree, and each content type has its own. You can use the same folder names in each.
Is this in Plathix Free?
Media Library folders are in Free. Folders for galleries, pages and other content are part of Plathix PRO.
